Very impressed with the continuing customer service of these folks. I had challenges migrating my data back onto my wiped-clean laptop and they took care of that promptly. My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. They really stepped up and helped me when I needed my MacBook Pro fixed. They diagnosed it accurately, in line with what Apple had said and were very kind and professional. Could have been a bit quicker as the whole process took almost 3 weeks, but it was during the Christmas holidays.
